Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees 180 fan/gas 6.

Place the mince, garlic, grated onion, egg, curry powder, lemon zest and salt & pepper in a bowl and mix until well combined. Divide into 4 and shape into burgers. Set aside.

Spray a medium frying pan with low calorie spray and place over medium-high heat, place the burgers and cook for 3-4 minutes a side until golden. Transfer to a non stick baking tray and cook in the oven for 12 minutes until cooked through.

The Cucumber Raita

Meanwhile add the fat free greek yogurt into a food processor with the mint, coriander and ½ tsp salt, then blitz until smooth. Halve the cucumber lengthways and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Discard the seeds, then thinly slice. Stir into the herby yogurt just before serving.

Slice and grill a courgette, place on a 60g wholemeal bun base, add the turkey burger add a good dollop of Raita. Enjoy with your favourite Super Veg and/or slimming world chips.
