Steps
1 Done | Pre heat your oven to 160 . Prepare your non-stick tray, draw around an 8in tin onto baking parchment and cut out and place onto the baking tray. |
2 Done | Whisk the egg whites and salt with the electric whisk until it forms soft peaks. Whisk slowly adding in the sugar gradually until shinny then add in the cornflour and lemon juice. |
3 Done | Spoon onto the baking parchment in the form you are aiming for. |
4 Done | Place into the oven reduce the heat to 140 and bake for about an hour, until the meringue is crisp. Allow to cool. Then peel off the parchment and place on a pretty plate for serving. |
5 Done | Beat the quark and Greek yogurt and vanilla yogurt together with the most of the sweetener. Spoon over the top of the meringue and top off with the berries dust the remaining sweetener over the berries. |
