- 6 Linda McCarntney Sausages Red Onion & Rosemary
- 1 Large eggs
- 25g Plain Flour
- Same Volume of milk as egg Skimmed Milk

Toad in The Hole | Slimming World Inspired
Yorkshire pudding, just straight isn’t the only way to have it! we have turned it into Toad in The hole, inspired through our Slimming World life style with lots of beautiful seasonal vegetables.
Keep all measurements accurate and it will work every time! it must be that equal volume of the eggs, flour and milk ratio ( Semi skimmed works best). We still only want to be using that 25g of plain flour. One large egg will equate to the same volume as the flour and using your milk from your HEA so that you are not increasing your syns.
Steps
1 Done | Pre-heat your oven to 200C |
2 Done | Spray your muffin tray with low calorie cooking spray. |
3 Done | Pop your Linda McCartney Sausages in the microwave for recommended time. |
4 Done | Beat your egg, milk together then add in the flour gradually trying to avoid lumps. |
5 Done | Evenly distribute the mixture between the six tins, cut the sausages in two and pop them in the middle. Bake for approximately 20 minutes keep you eye on them because all ovens vary slightly and its a light batter that doesn't take long. Serve with vegetables. |
