3 Bay Leaves
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 tsp Cardamon Seeds Crushed
1/4 tsp Cloves Ground
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Onion Peeled & Chopped
1 tbsp Coriander Ground
1 tbsp Ground Cumin Ground
2 tsp Mild Curry Powder
3 cm Root Ginger Peeled & Grated
3 Cloves Crushed Garlic Peeled & Crushed
200g Canned Tomatoes
4 Lamb Steaks Fat Trimmed Off & Cubed
200ml Lamb Stock
Pinch Salt
Pinch Black Pepper
5 tbsp Fat Free Fromage Frais
Fresh sprigs Coriander Garnish
100g Cauliflower Florrets
1 Red Chillies Garnish Optional

Spray Vonshef with low cal cooking spray. Add Bay leaves Cinnamon Stick, Cardamon Seeds Cloves & Cumin Seeds & Onion Stir Fry for five minutes.

After five minutes add ground cardamon - mild curry powder - ginger - garlic - toms - Stir fry for 4 mins

Add any remaining ingrediants including Lamb - Simmer for 25 minutes

Remove from heat and add fromage frais into the dish. Scatter with Fresh coriander leaves.
Serve with your choice of rice.
