Spray Vonshef with low cal cooking spray. Add Bay leaves Cinnamon Stick, Cardamon Seeds Cloves & Cumin Seeds & Onion Stir Fry for five minutes.
After five minutes add ground cardamon - mild curry powder - ginger - garlic - toms - Stir fry for 4 mins
Add any remaining ingrediants including Lamb - Simmer for 25 minutes
Remove from heat and add fromage frais into the dish. Scatter with Fresh coriander leaves.
