Ingredients
- 500g Lean Turkey Mince
- 3 Garlic Clovescrushed
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- to taste Salt & Pepper
The Sauce
- 1 Chopped Onionsmall
- 1 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Carrots
- 2 sticks Celery
- 800g Chopped Tomatoes
Serve with
- Sugar Snap Peas
- 340g tagliatelle Pasta

Steps
1 Done | Place the turkey mince, garlic, cumin and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well with your hands to combine. Season, cover and place in fridge for 1 hour. |
2 Done | Meanwhile to make the sauce, place the garlic onion carrot and celery in a pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Until soft. |
3 Done | Stir in tomatoes and bring to the boil. Reduce and simmer for 25-30 min. Stirring occasionally. Season Well. |
4 Done | Remove the turkey mixture from the fridge and divide evenly. Roll into balls using the palm of your hands and place into the sauce. Simmer gently for 12-15 mins until cooked. |
5 Done | Meanwhile cook the pasta to packet instructions and steam your favourite vegetables. |
