Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
500g Lean Turkey Mince
3 Garlic Cloves crushed
1 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Cinnamon
to taste Salt & Pepper
The Sauce
1 Chopped Onion small
1 Garlic Cloves
1 Carrots
2 sticks Celery
800g Chopped Tomatoes
Serve with
Sugar Snap Peas
340g tagliatelle Pasta

This Syn Free Turkey Meatballs is a really super tasty alternative to the family classic dish. Loved my all meatballs can be enjoyed with pasta, rice, potatoes which ever takes your fancy. If you are currently searching for healthy meals for the whole family this will do the trick.

Place the turkey mince, garlic, cumin and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well with your hands to combine. Season, cover and place in fridge for 1 hour.

Meanwhile to make the sauce, place the garlic onion carrot and celery in a pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Until soft.

Stir in tomatoes and bring to the boil. Reduce and simmer for 25-30 min. Stirring occasionally. Season Well.

Remove the turkey mixture from the fridge and divide evenly. Roll into balls using the palm of your hands and place into the sauce. Simmer gently for 12-15 mins until cooked.

Meanwhile cook the pasta to packet instructions and steam your favourite vegetables.
