Spay a non-stick pan with low calorie cooking spray, fry the lamb until golden brown stirring for five to ten minutes.
Drain off excess liquid, and return to the heat.
Add chopped onion, chopped rosemary and chicken stock so that it covers the meat.
Simmer for 1hr till the meat is tender.
While the meat is cooking boil the swede in salted water, drain and mash.
When the meat is ready top with the mashed swede and bake for 40 minutes.
And serve add bisto gravy including extra veg.
