1/2 Cantaloupe Melon Seeded & Balled
1/2 Galia Melon Seeded & Balled
1 tbsp Mint Chopped
1 Ball Ginger Stem ginger in syrup drained and chopped

Put the zest, juice and sweetener into a bowl and stir until sweetener has dissolved.

Using a melon baller, remove the flesh from the melons and watermelon in neat balls and stir them into the lime juice.
