Set your oven to 160 C
Scrub and peel your carrots leaving a little of the tops on for decoration.
Place in a baking tray, and spray with Low Calorie Cooking Spray.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, Thyme and Sage including marjoram.
Turn the carrots a few times through the cooking time. When the carrots are golden they are done you may alos need to spray again whilst cooking.
