- 2 tbsp Piri Piri Seasoning
- 2 LimeJuice
- 1 CourgetteCut into thick slices
- 200g Cherry Tomatoes
- Wedges Lime
- To Taste Salt & Pepper

These Syn Free Piri Piri Chicken and Vegetable Skewers will spice up your life! The marinating time is well worth the effort, rewarded with a flavour sensation, just part prep the night before to allow the marinate to fully flavour the chicken.
Steps
1 Done | Pre-heat the grill to medium hot, place the chicken pieces in a large ceramic bowl. |
2 Done | Mix the piri piri seasoning and lime juice together in a small bowl. Season well and pour this mixture over the chicken. Toss to coat evenly. |
3 Done | Thread the chicken pieced onto eight metal skewers, alternating with courgette slices and cherry tomatoes. |
4 Done | ** Vegetarian- replace chicken for Quorn or Tofu. |
