Ingredients
- 40g Porridge Oats
- 1 Large eggs
- 150g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp CinnamonGround
- 125g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1 Pot Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt

A firm favourite since the start of my journey and I thought it was about time to share it with you. Using your oats as your healthy B (Slimming World Plan) will help keep you full until your next meal.
Don’t just have pancakes for breakfast, easy anytime of they day with no guilt!

Steps
1 Done 2 Mins | Mix it upPut all ingredients into a bowl and either mix or blitz with a hand blender (for better results). |
2 Done 15 Mins | CookOver a medium heat place a 1/4 of the mixture into the centre of the pan. These pancakes are delicate to take care. Once the mixture looks to be changing colour on top, now is the time to carefully turn over and cook the other side. Sorry no flipping. |
3 Done | Repeat x 4Repeat the above step until all four pancakes are cooked while you are waiting chop up your favourite fruit and layer on top adding a small amount of vanilla yogurt to each layer as you go. |
4 Done | EnjoyOnce all cooked & layered up sprinkle 1/2 tsp of sweetener over the top and any left over vanilla yogurt. Enjoy |
