- 300g Basmati Rice
- 4 Large eggs
- 100g Peas
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
The perfect accompaniment to any Chinese meal, Egg Fried Rice and a core side dish, this syn free version will fill you up and slim you down.
Cook the rice to the pack instructions - remove 2 mins before stated time.
In a med-hot large wok or pan spray with a generous amount of frylight.
Immediately add the cooked rice and peas, make a well in the middle and crack the eggs in.
Move the eggs about, part scrambling, then while mixture is still slightly wet mixed through the rice and peas combining. Add the Soy Sauce mix and serve.
