Steps
1 Done | Cook the rice to the pack instructions - remove 2 mins before stated time. |
2 Done | In a med-hot large wok or pan spray with a generous amount of frylight. |
3 Done | Immediately add the cooked rice and peas, make a well in the middle and crack the eggs in. |
4 Done | Move the eggs about, part scrambling, then while mixture is still slightly wet mixed through the rice and peas combining. Add the Soy Sauce mix and serve. |
