- 200ml Chicken Stock

- 8 Tbsp Fat Free Natural Yogurt

This syn free Chicken Spinach and Tomato Curry is super quick ideal if you’re running late, working late or just busy and need feeding in a hurry. This will satisfy the whole family in super quick time a super healthy dinner replacing that takeaway.

Spray a deep non-stick frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and place over a high heat.
Add the onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the curry powder and ground cinnamon and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the chicken pieces and the tomatoes, stock and spinach, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Season and remove from the heat.
Stir in the yogurt, garnish with the chopped coriander and serve with boiled white rice.
