Ingredients
- 57g-2oz Egg Noodles
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1.5 ltrs - 2.5 pints Chicken Stock
- 1 Clove Crushed Garlic
- 3 Sticks Celery
- 4 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Large CarrotsPeeled and Diced
Directions

Steps
1 Done 20 mins | Pop the onion, carrot, garlic, stock and chicken into a decent size saucepan and bring to the boil, Simmer for 15 minutes. |
2 Done 7 mins | Add the egg noodles or pasta, turn the heat up and boil then simmer for a further 5-7 minutes. |
3 Done 2 mins | Add the flat leaf parsley and cook for 2 minutes, pop into your soup bowls and enjoy. |
