- 150g Chicken Breast
- 2 Rashers Lean Back Bacon

Steps
1 Done | Spray frying pan with fry light, pre heat grill. Chop bacon and fry off, put to one side. |
2 Done | Beat eggs and set aside. Chop pre-cooked chicken, slice the pepper and spring onions. |
3 Done | Pop the chicken pepper and spring onion in a hot pan, fry for 2 minutes, turn down the heat a fraction. Then pour in the eggs & add the bacon. |
4 Done | Leave to fry for approximately four minutes, when you can see the edges starting to be cooked, pop the frying pan under the grill, turn the handle from left to right as you cook for approximately four minutes. |
