1 Savoy Cabbage
400g Potatoes Peeled & Grated
1 Carrots Peeled & Grated
1 Onion Peeled & Grated
1 Onion Peeled & Sliced
200g Basmati Rice
2 tbsp Dill Chopped
Salt To Taste
Black Pepper To Taste
2 Egg Whites
600g Tomatoes Sliced or Chopped
1/4 tsp Ginger
200ml Vegetable Stock
Dill To Garnish

Use a large saucepan fill with water and bring to the boil.

Strip the leaves from outside of the savoy cabbage, untill the leaves are about 9cm high. Wash the leaves then lanch them in the boiling water for a couple of minutes. Drain the leaves, rinse with cold water in the colander, and set to one side.

chop the remaining of the cabbage and pop it into the bottom of the slow cooker.

Remove the hard stem from the blanched leaves. This will enable you to fold them as the stalk would be far to ridged.

Combine the potatoes, carrot and grated onion. Add the rice and dill season to your desired taste.

Beat the egg whites until frothy then add that to the potato mixture.

Fill each leaf with a couple of tablespoons of the potato mixture fold your leaf from the bottom then the sides a little like making a wrap then tie with some cooking string if you don't have any string you can use scewers or cocktail sticks.

place the sliced onions on top of the chopped cabbage that is already in the slow cooeker and layer up with the tomatoes and sprinkle with ginger, place the cabbage parcels in the slow cooker pour over the vegetable stock.

Set your slow cooker to low and leave it to do its job!

To serve sprikle with sprigs of dill serve with the contents of the slow cooker its all part of the meal. Enjoy
