Steps
1 Done | In a large hot pan spray with low-calorie cooking spray (fry-light), brown off diced Lamb and place in the slow cooker or casserole dish. |
2 Done | To the already hot pan add the onions, peppers, garlic, oregano and a touch of water. Reduce heat, cover and cook until excess water has gone and onions are browning. |
3 Done | Now place all ingredients into slow cooker (minus Orzo pasta) season to taste. Cook on low for 3 hours. |
4 Done | After 3 hours, add the Orzo pasta and increase to medium setting for 20 mins until pasta is cooked through. |
5 Done | Optional. Serve with grated Parmesan or crumbled reduced fat feta cheese. Ideal if you are following slim for life and want to add some save syns. |
