In a large hot pan spray with low-calorie cooking spray (fry-light), brown off diced Lamb and place in the slow cooker or casserole dish.

To the already hot pan add the onions, peppers, garlic, oregano and a touch of water. Reduce heat, cover and cook until excess water has gone and onions are browning.

Now place all ingredients into slow cooker (minus Orzo pasta) season to taste. Cook on low for 3 hours.

After 3 hours, add the Orzo pasta and increase to medium setting for 20 mins until pasta is cooked through.

Optional. Serve with grated Parmesan or crumbled reduced fat feta cheese. Ideal if you are following slim for life and want to add some save syns.
