Steps
1 Done | Cook the noodles as per instructions on the packet, drain and set to one side. |
2 Done | Boil your eggs and peel set to one side. |
3 Done | In a frying pan spray with a low calorie cooking spray and cook off your chicken for five minutes. |
4 Done | in a saucepan add all the other ingredients and simmer gently after five minutes add your chicken and simmer for a further ten minutes. |
5 Done | Place you soup into bowls add your halved eggs and garnish with parsley leaf. |
