2 Fillets Chicken Breast Skin Removed Chopped
4 Large eggs Boiled
1 cm Root Ginger Peeled & Chopped
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
75ml Light Soy Sauce
350 ml Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice
3 Garlic Cloves Peeled & Sliced
1/2 a Lime Lime Juice
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Carrots Peeled & Cut Into Thin Stripes
1 Pak Choi Shreaded
Sprig Flat Leaf Parsley To Garnish

Cook the noodles as per instructions on the packet, drain and set to one side.

Boil your eggs and peel set to one side.

In a frying pan spray with a low calorie cooking spray and cook off your chicken for five minutes.

in a saucepan add all the other ingredients and simmer gently after five minutes add your chicken and simmer for a further ten minutes.

Place you soup into bowls add your halved eggs and garnish with parsley leaf.
