Packed full of speed free fruits (fresh), this is just one of those simple breakfast ideas that you can literally throw in what ever you have.
A great alternative to the over night oats! A super simple healthy breakfast that you can eat on the run, great for busy mornings.

Grate the Apple & Pear into a bowl, add the oats and half the yoghurt.
Leave for about 5-10 mins, check consistency. If too thick add a dash of water or skimmed milk. Mix through 1/2 the pomegranate seeds.
Spoon the remaining yoghurt and pile the remaining pomegranate seeds and chopped pecans on top.
For an even lighter breakfast omit the pecans.
