1 Large Orange Zest
1 tsp Mixed Spice
4 tbsp 0% Cal Sweetener 2 syns
250g Quark
250g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 tsp Granulated Sweetner Truvia

This Low Syn Spiced Cranberry and Orange Yogurt Brulee is fit for a king, or the entire family. This scrumptious brulee offers a trio of taste sensations for just 2 syns! Crunchiness, creaminess and the tang of the cranberries.. ahhh bliss.

Steps

Place the Cranberries, Orange zest, Mixed Spice & Sweetener into a saucepan & put over a low heat.

Cover & cook gently for 5 minutes or until the juices start to run out of the cranberries.

Uncover and keep on the hob for a further 3-4 minutes or until the cranberries pop open & the mixture thickens.

Spoon the mixture into a shallow 1.25L serving dish cover and leave to cool.

Mix the yoghurt & quark together in a bowl until well combined.

Spread an even layer over the cooled cranberries, cover and chill for minimum of 1 hour.

Just before you are ready to serve, place the sugar and the 1.5tbsp of cold water into a small stainless steel pan, over a low heat, stir until the sugar has dissolved and the syrup is clear, increase the heat to high and boil rapidly until the syrup has turned a reddish caramel colour.

Quickly drizzle the caramel evenly over the yoghurt mixture, as soon as it has set in 1-2 mins its ready to serve.
