Steps

Chop the Red Onion in half and remove outer layer, finely slice the Red Onion in to semi circles and place into a plastic tub or a bowl.

Grate the apple including the skin with a medium holed grater in to the plastic tub with the red onion.

Grate the Carrot with a small holed grater,(you can leave the skin on.) in to the plastic tub with the Apple and Onion.

Add 4 tablespoons of lighter than light mayonnaise, greek yogurt and mustard powder. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until required.
