- 4 tbsp Extra Light Mayonnaise2 syns
- 4 tbsp Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder

Steps
1 Done | Chop the Red Onion in half and remove outer layer, finely slice the Red Onion in to semi circles and place into a plastic tub or a bowl. |
2 Done | Grate the apple including the skin with a medium holed grater in to the plastic tub with the red onion. |
3 Done | Grate the Carrot with a small holed grater,(you can leave the skin on.) in to the plastic tub with the Apple and Onion. |
4 Done | Add 4 tablespoons of lighter than light mayonnaise, greek yogurt and mustard powder. Mix well. |
