Pop the tea bags into a heatproof jug pour in 1 ltr of boiling water - leave to stand for 30 mins
Stand the pears upright in a small saucepan, add inall the ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes or until the pears are tender.
When the pears are soft carefully remove them from the saucepan with a slotted spoon and set to one side.
Bring the remaining liquid to the boil and boil fdor approximately 20 minutes until it has reduced down.
Mix the rosewater with the fromages frias to go with your poached pear.
Pop you poached pear into a dish pour on a little of the reduction. This can be served hot or cold. Pop a little of the fromage frais on the side. Enjoy
