- 2 Large eggs
- 300ml Buttermilk9 syns

These Low Syn (4.5 per muffin) Bran Muffins are amazing any time of the day, great for breakfast, or as a healthy low syn snack. Serious comfort food, which can be just what you need when.
Place the scan bran in the blender and blitz, tip into mixing bowl. Add the flour, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, bicarbonate of soda, and 30g of porridge oats, mix well.
Break egg into a jug, add the buttermilk and whisk together.
Pour mixture into middle of the dry ingredients and add the dates. Stirring together.
When combined divided between the cases, sprinkle the rest of the oats and bake for 18-20 minutes.
(optional) Dust with icing sugar to serve.
