Fettuccine Alfredo is an Italian pasta dish named after the restaurateur Alfredo di Lelio. Cook your pasta as per instructions on packet.


In a non stick fring pan just lightly fry off your back pieces. and set to one side.


Mix your Blue Cheese Laughing Cow with the Quark, Mix in your mustard and garlic, pepper and marjoram, nutmeg. Set to one side


Pop your bacon back on the heat and add your courgette gently heat over, add your pasta then mix in your cheese mixture warm all ingredients. at the point of serving top with parmesan cheese and a little mint.
