- 1 Medium OnionPeeled & Chopped
- Low Calorie Cooking Spray
- 3 Medium PotatoesPeeled & Diced
- 1 Med/Large CauliflowerPrepared into Florets
- 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Mild Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Tumeric
- 2 tsp Coriander
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Mango Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Fresh Mint
- Fresh Coriander
- 1 Tomato

This Syn Free Aloo Gobi is just lovely and flavoursome, the perfect Indian slimming world recipe to slim you down. So when looking for a side dish or as a main this a definite winner from me.
I like it with the Chicken Curry or even with just plain grilled chicken. But for a vegetarian slimming world dish this Syn Free Aloo Gobi is a winner!
Steps
1 Done | You will need a large non stick wok, spray with your low calorie cooking spray, and pop on a medium heat. Add the onion and fry this off for 4-6 minutes until soft, add the cumin seeds and continue to fry for another couple of minutes. |
2 Done | Add the potatoes and cauliflower stir fry for a further 5-6 minutes. Add the chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, ground coriander, amchoor and continue to stir fry for a further 3-4 minutes, add the chopped tomato. |
3 Done | Pour in the water and season. Cover and cook for a further 10-15 minutes or until the cauliflower and potatoes are tender, season to your own taste. |
4 Done | Remove from the heat serve in bowls and garnish with fresh mint and fresh coriander. |
