Get your oven ready, set it to 180 C and spray a non stick baking tray with low fat cooking spray.
Mix the chives and quark, chesse spread and garlic in a bowl season to your taste.
Carefully cut a small pocket into the side of your chicken breast, pop in quarter of the mixture into each one, be careful not to cut all the way through the breast or the stuffing will leak out.
Sprinkle with Italian herbs.
Beat the egg into a shallow bowl.
Mix the bread crumbs and the rest of the Italian seasoning into another shallow bowl, dip each breast into the wet mixture and then the bread crumbs coating the chicken evenly.
Place onto a sprayed non-stick baking trayand cook for approximately 25 minutes until the breadcrumb are golden and the chicken is cooked. And serve
