Spray a large non stick frying pan with low cal cooking spray and bown off sausages. Add your onion and garlic, sage and butternut squash for a few mins to add flavour.
Turn up heat and add the white wine vinegar, tomatoes, cannellini beans and stock.
After a minute add all the ingrediants to the casserole dish or slow cooker. If you are using the casserole dish place in the oven at 180 C for approximately 1hr or you can pop it in you slow cooker on med for 4 hours. Serve
