Sail your slimming ship to your dream target weight

Dream Big DREAM BIGGER for your ultimate slimming success…

Now let the journey begin.

So I’m sure you have probably heard the saying 'Don't stop at the moon reach for those stars’ I’m a big believer of big dreams, even as a child I’d always be thinking of the biggest and brightest future. I truly believe for slimming success that dreaming big gets us big results, I’d rather strive for the seemingly unreachable and fail, than not to have tried at all.

Your mind believes all that you tell it. So by changing our inner voice to leave the negative thoughts behind and feed it with faith, feed it with truth and feed it with love.

You CAN set yourself a big goal and this could be absolutely life changing for you. By taking control of your journey, by digging deep and dreaming big, setting yourself what might be an ambitious target you will be setting yourself up for success - success in weight loss and in life.

The plan to achieve your slimming success & more...

    • Set yourself interim goals in bit size chunks.

    • Have self belief and self love.

    • Set a list of positive affirmations.

    • Build up on self discipline.

    • Build your self-confidence with every success however small.

    • Plan to plan.

    • Keep a journal.

Create a solid plan, that you can commit to 100%

Start by breaking your BIG dream into micro dreams so you can take it one step at a time.

okay so now ask your self 'What will stop my plan?'

Understanding what could get in the way of our weight loss dreams will enable us to make a much stronger plan and help gain control of those situations that might have once seen us giving up.

You might already know which foods  are your 'trigger foods', for me it's not just a particular food sometimes is skipping a meal and 'making up for it' with high syn foods, or long journeys in the car and picking up a 'treat' from the petrol station, or even the spare nugget off the kids dinner plate. Unplanned food is by far the biggest struggle for me.

Discovering what foods are your trigger foods are is a vital part of your plan, as I've always said to my members 'the power is in the knowledge' once you know where your struggles are you can start to plan for them. And WOW the feeling of conquering your inner rebel is AMAZING! and this will aid you through your slimming journey.

There is no mountain that you can't climb. There maybe difficulties on the climb, its how you handle these looking past the hurdle to the summit keeping your focus on the prize and don't look back. The more you handle these obstacles the more positive you will become and giving you confidence in your capabilities.
Think about the why?
Why do you want to reach this goal?
  • Is it for a holiday?
  • Health reasons?
  • Better relationships?
  • Or you just want you back?
  • Walking a new road - The road to slimming Success
  • Believe in magic for you dream weight loss
  • You're as individual as a snowflake - make your own slimming path
Keep a journal, start your slimming journal with 5 of your dreams
Plan your meals, Track your food and moods put in as much detail as you possible can, which will help you spot any problem areas and make a plan to food optimise around them. Your journal will help you to see where you can makes changes to achieve your micro dreams.
Healthwise Note
If you are talking control of health issues remember to visit your Doctor or Nurse Practitioner who you can discuss your diet plans with and they will do you stats for you.
The dream team
Talk to your friends & family getting them your side, getting them involved in helping you plan, discuss with them how it makes you feel and where your struggles are and watch you relationships flourish.
DREAMING after all, is a form of planning.
