- 250g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp 0% Cal Sweetener
- 11g White Chocolate Options
- 100g Raspberries
- 100g Strawberries
- 50g Red Currants
Summer Delight | Slimming World Inspired 1 Syn
When looking through Slimming World Magazine or books for a summer dessert, I decided to live a little and put one of my own together. White Chocolate Options with 0% Greek yogurt is my all time favourite, it seem so decadent like that naughty treat you have been dreaming of but with any of the guilt!! All the family love this dessert a summer time favourite! only thing is I do have a lot of favourites which add to plenty of variety and choice!! Enjoy
Pour your Jelly powder into a heat proof dish, add half of the water at boiling point and dissolve the powder into it. Add the remaining water cold from the fridge. this will speed up setting time, and also allow you to put into glass cup safely.
Share out the jelly into 6 glass heat-proof dishes, you should be able to use glasses as we have lowered the temperature of the jelly, but at all times with hot liquid and glass be careful!
Place the 6 dishes in the fridge to set. Which actually shouldn't take to long approximately 1 hour, just leave until they have set.
Meanwhile prepare your fruit, give your berries a wash and allow to drain for a few minutes, remove stalks and cut your strawberries into quarters cut raspberries in half if they are large.
Take your 0% Greek yogurt and add 1 tblsp of sweetener mix in well. Then pop your yogurt onto some electric scales and turn the scales on after you have placed the yogurt on so that they come up 00 - then put in 11g of White Chocolate Options and mix well.
When your jelly has set place on top the berries and a splodge of yogurt and go ahead and tuck in and Enjoy!!
